Six steps
Choose a car or send a request
Pick a car from the list and check the cost calculator on the car page. Nothing suitable listed? Tell us what you have in mind, and add the model, budget and destination if you know them; we will look for it.
Confirm availability, condition and price
You deal with one dedicated sales manager, on WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat or e-mail. Ask for extra photos, a walk-around video and anything you would check in person.
Inspection report
We inspect the car before you pay a deposit and send you the report. It includes photos, video and a checklist covering body, paint, engine, gearbox, electrics and documents.
Proforma invoice and payment
You receive a written proforma invoice before paying anything. It lists the car, each cost, the trade term, the bank details and the deposit and balance terms. Pay only as set out on that invoice.
5. Export paperwork and loading
We deal with deregistration and the export declaration and arrange loading in China. We ask you for the consignee details, and they must be exact. The car then sails from Shanghai, Tianjin or Guangzhou by container or RoRo.
Arrival and clearance
You or your customs broker clear the car at your port. Once the car is loaded, we send the bill of lading details, followed by the export document set for clearance. Duties, taxes and destination charges are paid locally.

Where to start
You don't need to have everything worked out before you contact us. A first message can be as simple as “Is this car in good condition?” or “What SUVs do you have?”. Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
By international bank transfer, using the bank details on your written proforma invoice. See Payment and deposit.
Is the price on the website final?
The listed price is the FOB price in US dollars. It includes the car, inspection, export documents and customs clearance, domestic transport, port charges and service fee. CFR adds estimated ocean freight to the FOB price. CIF adds estimated cargo insurance to CFR. Import duties, taxes, destination charges, customs broker fees and registration costs are not included.
How long does it take?
It depends on the car's export paperwork and on vessel schedules, which shipping lines set and can change. Sea days in the calculator are estimates, not fixed dates. Your sales manager shares the planned sailing once it is booked.
Can I see the car before buying?
Yes. We send photos, video and the inspection report, and you can ask for a video call at the car. If someone you trust wants to see it in person, ask your sales manager.
What documents will I receive?
Usually the bill of lading, commercial invoice and packing list, export customs declaration and proof that the Chinese registration was cancelled for export, plus a certificate of origin if required.
Do you handle customs in my country?
No. Customs clearance at the destination is done by you or your customs broker, where import duties, taxes and local charges are paid. We send the export documents.
Can the car's language be changed?
Often, but not always. Many models offer English in the settings, and some offer other languages; it depends on the model and software version. Ask your sales manager for a video of the settings menu for the car you choose.
What if the car is sold before I pay?
Cars in our stock sell every day, and an inquiry does not reserve a car. Your sales manager confirms that the car is still available before you pay. If it sells first, we suggest similar cars from our stock or look for one through our Find a Car service.
