The 180-day date is the car's full registration date in China plus 180 days, counted in China time.
How the date is calculated
A car registered on 12 April 2026, for instance, reaches its 180-day date on 9 October 2026. We show the date on every listing that has a full registration date (day, month and year), and the labels on car cards and in the filters are worked out from it each day.
What the labels mean
Two labels appear on car cards and car pages; the third is a filter on the car list. All three describe the date only.
180 days completed
The 180-day date has passed: the car was registered at least 180 days ago. The "180 days completed" filter on the car list shows these cars.
180 days reached in N days
The 180-day date is still ahead, and N is the number of days left. It counts down each day, and when the date arrives the label changes to "180 days completed".
Around 180 days
A filter for cars registered 150 to 270 days ago, so their 180-day date is near or recently passed.
Where to see the date
On each car page with a full registration date, the "Registered" box shows the registration date and, right below it, the "180-day date", with a note that it is calculated as registration date + 180 days (China time). A link in the same box leads back to this page.
When a listing has no full registration date
Some listings show only the registration year and month, or no registration date at all. These cars carry no 180-day label and do not appear under the "180 days completed" filter. The listing reads "Ask for the registration date": your sales manager can give you the full date.
Planning around the date
You can agree on a car before its 180-day date. Reservation, deposit and balance terms are set out in the proforma invoice.
