27UsedCar sells used cars from its own stock to buyers outside China, both in wholesale lots and one at a time. Before the buyer pays a deposit, we inspect the car the buyer has chosen; we also handle the export paperwork and arrange sea shipping from Shanghai, Tianjin or Guangzhou, by container or RoRo.

The website gives information about the cars we offer and the way we work, and it lets you send us inquiries. Each buyer who contacts us has a dedicated sales manager, reachable on WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat or e-mail.

No order, payment or contract is made on the website itself.

Each vehicle listing describes a car we can supply. A listing is an invitation to negotiate, not a binding offer: you cannot accept it to form a contract, and sending an inquiry does not reserve the car.

Used cars can be sold or withdrawn at short notice, so a car shown on the website may no longer be available when you contact us.

A sale is concluded only when both parties have signed a proforma invoice or a sales contract for a specific vehicle. That document sets out the vehicle, the price, the trade term, the departure port, the shipping method and the payment schedule. Deposit and balance terms are set out in the proforma invoice.

If anything on the website differs from a signed proforma invoice or contract, the signed document prevails.

The listed price is the FOB price in US dollars. It includes the car, inspection, export documents and customs clearance, domestic transport, port charges and service fee. CFR adds estimated ocean freight to the FOB price. CIF adds estimated cargo insurance to CFR. Import duties, taxes, destination charges, customs broker fees and registration costs are not included. Before payment, your written proforma invoice identifies the car and VIN, the FOB price, any ocean freight and cargo insurance, the agreed ports and trade term, payment terms and the bank details.

We describe each car with care, using the vehicle documents, the information we received when acquiring the car and our own inspection. Even so, mileage, specifications, equipment, condition notes and dates may contain errors, and a car's condition can change between inspection and shipment. Ask your sales manager about any point that matters to your decision, and rely on the details confirmed in writing in the proforma invoice or contract.

Where a listing is marked accordingly, its photos show the same model rather than the exact car on offer. You can ask your sales manager for photos or video of the actual car.

A listing may show the car's 180-day date: the date on which 180 days will have passed since its registration date. It is calculated from the full registration date and is shown as a reference point only. It does not mean that the car can or cannot be exported on that date. The documents needed for export, and the requirements of your destination country, are checked separately for each car, and your sales manager reviews them with you.

Import rules differ from country to country and change often. They may cover vehicle age, engine size, emissions, steering position, technical inspection, duties and taxes.

You are responsible for checking that the car you choose can be imported and registered in your country, and for import duties, taxes and charges at destination. Before you sign, confirm the current rules with your destination customs authority or a licensed customs broker. General information from us about import rules does not mean that a car will be cleared or registered.

Payments are made only by bank transfer to the account stated in the proforma invoice. We do not ask buyers to pay into any account other than the one stated in the proforma invoice.

If you receive payment details that differ from the proforma invoice, or a message asking you to send money to a new account, do not pay. Contact your sales manager first through a channel shown on this website. We are not responsible for payments sent to any other account.

Cars are shipped from Shanghai, Tianjin or Guangzhou, by container or RoRo, as agreed in the proforma invoice. Sailing schedules are set by the shipping lines and may change. Cargo insurance can be arranged on request.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• send false information, or inquiries in another person's name;
• copy listings, photos or text for commercial use;
• collect data from the website by automated means without our written permission;
• interfere with the security or operation of the website.

The text, photos, design and logo of the website belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with a possible purchase. Manufacturer names, model names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify vehicles.

Creating an account is optional. You can browse cars, see prices and send inquiries without one.

• Register with an e-mail address that you use and can access. Keep your password to yourself and do not use it for other services. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and contact us.
• Your saved cars, saved filters and recently viewed cars are private: other visitors cannot see them.
• Saving a car does not reserve it or hold its price. A saved car shows the price and status from its current listing, and both can change. Availability and the final price are confirmed by your sales manager and set out in the proforma invoice.
• The order progress and shipping details shown in your account are there for your convenience and do not change the proforma invoice or sales contract; if they differ, the signed document prevails. Support requests are for questions and feedback; for anything urgent, contact your sales manager directly.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time through our Contact us page. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account data.

The website is provided for information, as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from use of the website, from reliance on information or estimates shown on it, or from the website being unavailable. Our obligations for a vehicle you buy are those set out in the signed proforma invoice or contract.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or affects rights you have under mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms or from use of the website are submitted to the competent courts at the operator's registered address, without affecting any mandatory protection that the law of your country gives you. The law and forum for a vehicle purchase are those stated in the signed contract or proforma invoice.

These terms may be published in several languages. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The version published when you use the website applies to that use.
